Leading the Training

Richard Kravetz

With over 30 years of experience, Richard is a yoga instructor dedicated to creating inclusive yoga spaces. Trained with The British Wheel of Yoga and Special Yoga, his expertise lies in tailoring yoga practices for adults, children, individuals with special needs, and older adults. 

Kravetz is a passionate advocate for yoga’s benefits irrespective of any level of mobility, and as a result, he actively promotes accessibility and inclusivity in yoga, often through chair yoga. Richard shares the benefits of active-aging as well as the physical, mental and emotional rewards available through his classes in day centres, residential homes, and dementia cafes. 

His intuitive teaching style and ability to cater to diverse abilities have garnered him respect within the yoga community.
