These classes give children (2yrs - teens) the opportunity to explore traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation in a non-competitive and fun environment. Yoga teaches children to relax and empowers them with self-awareness, confidence, and focus. It also develops their flexibility and balance, both physically and emotionally.
Yoga has been promoted by the government as part of their healthy initiative programme for children as a way to combat stress and tackle obesity problems.

Our Kung Fu classes help boys and girls develop strength, posture, focus and confidence. The class is a non-contact form of martial art which uses various forms of movement, including warrior techniques, and imitating animal styles like that of the tiger and the monkey in order to develop skills such as instinct, internal control and focus to promote concentration and meditation. |
