Yoga can help a woman adjust to these changes and prepare for childbirth and motherhood.  At SYC Yoga we run regular Pregnancy Yoga and Post-natal Yoga classes (which you are welcome to bring your baby to). We also run Breathe to a Better Birth, A Pregnant Pause and Baby Massage courses, all of which are also open to fathers, partners, guardians, nannies and anyone else who may be involved with you and your baby's well-being.
