OVERGROUNDThe quickest way to get to the Special Yoga Centre is on the London Overground network to Kensal Rise station which is a 2 minute walk from SYC. Simply come out of Kensal Rise station and turn left and walk a few yards till you see Wrentham Avenue on your right. Cross over the road and walk down Wrentham Avenue. There will be a church on your left and The Tay Building is at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac opposite the church. LONDON OVERGROUND PLANNED CLOSURES: From Saturday 20 February until Monday 31 May 2010, buses replace trains between Gospel Oak and Stratford. Planned weekend engineering work is also scheduled to take place on most Sundays until May 2011 between Richmond and Gospel Oak, some weekends between Gospel Oak and Barking (until May 2011) and between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction on Sundays until May 2011. Sections of the Watford Junction to Euston line will also be regularly affected on Sundays until October 2010. UNDERGROUNDAlternatively you could take London Underground service to Queens Park station or Kensal Green station both on the Bakerloo Line. From Queens Park (15min walk) - Come out of the station, turn right and walk down the hill following it round to the right in a semi circle till you reach Kilburn Lane. - Walk to the very end of Kilburn lane which eventually becomes Banister Road, until you reach Traffic Lights and a T junction. - Turn Right onto Chamberlayne Road and keep walking up till you pass Kensal Rise station on your left. - Wrentham Avenue will be on your right. Obvious landmarks are ‘Runners’ the newsagent and the Church on the corner of Wrentham Avenue. From Kensal Green (10-15 min walk) - Come out of the station and turn right on to Mortimer Road - walk all the way up Mortimer Road (about 10mins) - You will reach Chamberlayne Road - turn left and and keep walking up it until you pass Kensal Rise station on your left. - Wrentham Avenue will be on your Right. Obvious landmarks are ‘Runners’ the newsagent and the Church on the corner of Wrentham Avenue.

After 6.30pm weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday, you are able to park on Wrentham Avenue and all other surrounding roads free of charge |
